Mental Fitness Meditation Program
Learn the art of tuning into your body and breath and tapping into the power of imagination to release tension, anxiety, overcome barriers and achieve personal goals. The classes include: Breath and body awareness, focus and concentration exercises, and deep relaxation, and guided imagery.
